6 Months Advisory Support Program

Businesses stay on track and have a higher success rate when they have an expert who can support their growth along the way. We designed the “Advisory Support Program” to help those who may have difficulty implementing initiatives, or feel overwhelmed by the ever changing business environment, yet have no support to respond in a timely manner.

In addition to monthly meetings, your consultant is available for support via email and phone to help owners wade through the challenges of running their businesses. During monthly meetings, you consultant will track and evaluate the performance of your business in the previous month and provide guidance.
